No experience is necessary. Our groups welcome people at all stages of their anxiety management journey. Each group clearly indicates whether it's suitable for beginners or designed for those with more experience in specific practices.
To become a host, you'll need to complete our application process, which includes sharing your experience with anxiety management and your vision for your group. Approved hosts receive training, resources, and ongoing support from the KarmaMind community.
